Question: How much does it cost to ship one bag?

Answer: Cost estimations can be based on weight, distance traveled, and dimensions in some cases.

Question: How many bags can I schedule?

Answer: You can schedule as many bags as you like.

Question: Do you offer pickup and delivery service to hotels?

Answer: We offer pickup and delivery services to any hotel in the continental U.S.  Certain hotels require an additional service charge at time of delivery and or pickup for round trip services.

Question: Do you provide international service?

Answer: Due to various import / export regulations, our service is provided throughout the continental U.S.A. at this time

Question: What if my bags weigh more than 50 lbs?

Answer: Bag Voyaage has a maximum weight limit of 60lbs per bag before incremental fees are incurred.

Question: How far in advance do I need to schedule service?

Answer: An ideal Voyaage is scheduled 5 business days ahead of actual travel date.

Question: Do you have same day pickup?

Answer: Same day pickup is available for returning customers whose luggage meets Bag Voyaage criteria.  Same day orders must be placed by 11AM EST.

Question: Are there any items I cannot transport?

Answer: Bag Voyaage follows the same guidelines as those outlined by USPS.

Question: Must I be present for pickup?

Answer: Someone must be available for signature if picking up from a residence.  If picking up from a hotel or business, an employee or hotel representative can confirm pickup.

Question: Must I be present for delivery?

Answer: No, however all deliveries require a signature.

Question: How can I change an address once my bags are in transit?

Answer: Immediately call (734) 224-3733 and provide the updated information to a Bag Voyaage representative.  Delivery time may be delayed depending on how soon Bag Voyaage is contacted to make your adjustment.

Question: What happens if my bags are not at my destination when I arrive?

Answer: Call Customer Service at (734) 224-3733 and we will locate your bags.  Or you can use tracking service to locate your luggage. 

Question: What should I do if my bags were damaged during transit?

Answer: Call Customer Service at (734) 224-3733 to receive a damage claim form via e-mail.

Question: What should I do if I never received an e-mail confirmation of my order?

Answer: Call Customer Service at (734) 224-3733 to receive an e-mail confirmation.

Question: Are luggage locks required?

Answer: Yes, Bag Voyaage will not transport luggage that isn’t locked.

Question: What time will my bags be delivered?

Answer: Bag Voyaage picks up and delivers between standard business hours of 8 AM to 6 PM EST.

Question: Can I cancel service?

Answer: Service must be cancelled at least 24 hours before pickup.
